The employee sends a request for travel. The request is automatically sent to the employee’s manager for their approval, along with all the required details.
Upon manager approval, an automated email is sent to the employee asking for documents for the verification process.
Once the travel documents are verified, the employee then applies for a visa, if required. The process then continues upon successfully acquiring the visa, or is terminated if it is rejected.
After the visa is granted, the travel team takes responsibility for booking the flights and hotel rooms for the employee. The employee also confirms the hotel and the flight timing. This parallel transition feature ensures that both stages happen simultaneously, reflecting the reality of the process.
After successful completion of the journey, the employee is asked to submit all of their bills for claiming reimbursement. Upon verifying these, the expense is tallied and paid out.
